The only place this website asks for information is the project inquiry form on the contact page. That form asks for your name, email address, and company or organization, and it optionally accepts your role, your current website, your timing, a budget or investment range, how you found Agency689, and a description of the work you are trying to make, change, launch, or solve. You decide what to put in those fields.

You can also reach us directly at info@agency689.com. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in that message.

When you complete the project inquiry form, the website assembles what you entered into an email addressed to info@agency689.com and opens it in the email application on your device. Nothing is submitted to a database on this website, and the message is not stored by the site itself. You remain in control until you press send in your own email program.

Once you send it, your message travels through your email provider and ours, and it is then held in the Agency689 email account in the ordinary course of business.

We use what you send to understand the situation, respond to your inquiry, determine what kind of engagement makes sense, and continue the conversation if you want one. If we begin working together, the same information becomes part of the ordinary record of that relationship.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing list because you sent an inquiry.

This website is hosted by Vercel, which processes the ordinary technical information any web server receives when a page is requested, including your IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for. The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts and animation libraries from public content delivery networks, and those providers likewise receive the request information needed to serve those files.

Our email is handled by our email provider, and we use ordinary business tools to run projects. These providers process information on our behalf so we can operate the site and respond to you. We choose them with the client and inquiry information in view, and we do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing.

We keep inquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them to respond, to follow up on a prospective engagement, or to maintain the business and financial records of a project we worked on together. When an inquiry goes nowhere and enough time has passed that it is no longer useful, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to info@agency689.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional statutory rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising them. We honor those requests regardless of where you are.

Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of in that respect.
