We love fantastic food, but most people seem to agree with that. We’ve worked with exceptional chefs like Michael Schlow, Luis Morales, and John Sedlar. We’ve worked with corporate and private restaurants, including Dennis Rodman’s supper club; yes, it was exactly as wild as you’d expect.
Our job is to find the perfect introduction to the story between location and service and between ingredients and preparation. We identify the unique elements that combine into the experience of going to a place for a meal. That experience can tell a deep and rich story about an establishment’s culture, heritage, and history. We write the preface that introduces a guest to your story.
We would be remiss to mention Chefs and not mention some of the great barmen like Tony Nuncio and Dushaun Zaric, who have taught us the intrinsic values of wine, whisky, tequila, and more.
